Senior Seminar Team Wins Model Judiciary

We are pleased to congratulate the Law Senior Seminar students in winning the Model Judiciary Program competition.

Megan O’Donnell and Madelaine Spangler made the actual presentation before the Virginia Supreme Court, with LeTonia Kelley, Arun Moghe, Sheria Pettis, Meredith Ritko, Carson Wang and Courtney Wynn instrumental in case law research in preparation for the final round.

We would also like to thank our assigned attorney, John Erbach from the Williams Mullin law firm, who provided valuable time and assistance in working with the Law Senior Seminar students. Kudos to Dayna Paxton (Law Seminar instructor) and Matt McGuire for their contributions in preparing these students throughout the various stages of this mock trial competition.
