Natalie Zhao's senior mentorship is with Dr. Michael Armstrong of Advanced Otolaryngology, P.C. In addition to observing patient appointments and surgeries,Natalie’s research objective was to “evaluate and compare the long-term overall efficacy in both subcutaneous and sublingual immunotherapy for reduction of symptoms and medication in patients with allergic rhinitis in Dr. Armstrong’s clinic by way of a retrospective study.”
In this regard, Natalie has been reviewing/analyzing original data. The research, guided by Dr. Armstrong, will provide a benefit in determining which treatment is most beneficial to individual patients and the practice as a whole.
