Student One-Acts Festival

from Smoke & Scales:

They're short. They're sweet. They're intimate. No, not that kind of intimate, but the black-box theater kind of intimate. Plays that get under your skin and itch for a little while, but the scratching feels oh, so, good when the directors, actors and producers are MLWGS students.

Join directors Chris Richardson, Noah Downs, Kasia Clark, Matthew Gizzi, Sicily Stump, Ally Mitchem and Ted Westrick in productions of these five short plays featuring thirty MLWGS students:
  • Degas C'est Moi
  • Bedtime Story
  • Echo
  • Always
  • Romeo & Juliet Redux (written by Noah Downs)
Performances are Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, February 19, 20 and 21, at 7:00pm at the Black Box Theater, Maggie L. Walker Governor's School Entrance from the Courtyard (Elizabeth Street parking lot).
